Return Policy
We firmly believe in the products we sell, and therefore we only represent companies that we believe to be
customer service oriented with quality products. Although the companies we represent, all have their own
return and/or cancellation policy, Sunshine Kisses will make every effort to be sure satisfactory
accomadations can be made.
For most companies:
All Sales are FINAL on sale items, custom orders, and personalized items.
Cancellation Policy
Once your order is placed with a manufacturer, and the order has been processed, it can be difficult to cancel
an order. Many products are made order specific. If a cancellation is necessary, please contact us at
530-363-0505, and speak to a live person. Cancellations left on voice mail will not be taken. We will do our
very best to accommodate your cancellation request, although depending on the manufacturer, there may be a
restocking fee.
